Hutník Hotel is located in the peaceful and quiet environment of Tatranské Matliare village, under the foot of the Lomnický Peak, approximately 2 kms from Tatranská Lomnica village. The hotel is a suitable starting point for trips into the Eastern part of the High Tatra Mountains.

HOTEL Hutnik - accommodation: The SOREA Hutník hotel is a complex of two buildings (Sirea Hutník I hotel*** and Sorea Hutník II hotel**). The rooms in the Hutník I hotel have been completely reconstructed and offer its clients comfortable lodging. The hotel offers accommodation in apartments, single and double-bed rooms with fold-away cot. All rooms are equipped with toilet, shower, telephone, TV with SAT programmes and balcony. The hotel provides the possibility of accommodation for pets.

HOTEL Hutnik - supplementary Services: For active relaxation, the hotel offers its clients the following facilities: indoor swimming-pool, sauna, water-cure facilities – classic and water massages (hydromassages), solarium, fitness centre, gymnasium, table tennis, billiards, minigolf, automatic skittles, amusement arcade for children, playground, bicycle and sport equipment rental. Elective Excursions:
The hotel provides elective guided excursions in co-operation with its permanent suppliers (travel bureaus and agencies and information centres), mainly for organised groups, and also in foreign languages. If you are interested in elective excursions, you may book this service in advance with the hotel Marketing Department. In the close surrounding of the hotel there are many attractive sights you can visit. Most interesting and favoured excursions: visit of Poland, Pieniny mountains, Jasná ski centre etc.

Tatranské Matliare village is the ideal base for less demanding outings to surrounding forest and trips to the Tatranská valley, Tatranská Lomnica village, Medvedia meadow, and also to alpine trips into the valley of Zelené tarn, Kopské saddle, Jahňací peak and the Biela voda valley. The nearby Tatranská Lomnica village houses cable railway station for Skalnaté tarn, with the possibility to change to an aerial cableway to the Lomnický peak. The surrounding area provides good routes for cyclists. There is a golf course near the hotel.

Lovers of winter sports may enjoy the nearby ski centres in the Tatranská Lomnica village, at Skalnaté Pleso (Skalnaté tarn), in Ždiar village and in Starý Smokovec village. The Skalnaté tarn and the Lomnický peak are accessible by cabin cable railway from Tatranská Lomnica village. The JAMY ski centre in Tatranská Lomnica offers treated and artificial snow terrains for both experienced skiers and beginners, and night skiing. More experienced skiers may enjoy skiing the slopes of the Lomnické saddle, which belongs to one of the best ski terrains in the High Tatra mountains, with excellent ski conditions up to the beginning of May. The surroundings of the hotel are suitable for cross-country skiing.
