Near to the hotel SOREA Urán is a cabin-car station to Skalnaté pleso, with the possibility to transfer to the cable-car to Lomnický peak. The surroundings also feature tracks for cycle-tourism. Jamy, Čučoriedky, a seat-lift to Lomnické sedlo and a cabin-car to Skalnaté Pleso ? as well as the services of a skiing school, ski-service and rental of sporting goods. The JAMY ski-centre lies only 400 m from the hotel, and offers a conditioned and artificial course of medium difficulty, and also night-skiing. For the more demanding skier the slope from Lomnické sedlo beckons, rated among the best ski terrains in the High Tatras with excellent skiing conditions, and open until the beginning of May. The natural skating rink and conditioned cross-country ski route will also please winter sport enthusiasts.
